George Lucas on 'Indiana Johnson 5': 'I Really Haven't Found the MacGuffin Yet'
Since you could not escape from this slow-news Monday without a little of upgrading ("upgrading") from George Lucas on 'Indiana Johnson 5,' here you decide to go: the super-producer does not possess a cemented idea for that fifth film, despite protestations by Steven Spielberg on the contrary. "Really, I told him I did not get it yet," Lucas told Vulture when requested about Spielberg's recent quotes that the concept for film five was made the decision upon. "I told him concerning the story, however i really haven't found the MacGuffin yet. I am talking about, I understand how it is about, however i have to look for a MacGuffin that matches in to the arena we are employed in.Inch Translation: status quo! Talking about 'Indiana Johnson 5,' Spielberg told EW it was "as much as George. We've already decided on the genre from the fifth movie, finances an idea in your mind. I'm not sure where George is by using the storyline. There's no 'Indy 5' until George states there's." According to Lucas's recent comments, it may sound like you will see an 'Indy 5' ... eventually. Maybe. Most likely. Shouldn't you be searching toward another couple of many years of these updates? [via Vulture] [Photo: AP] Follow Moviefone on Twitter Like Moviefone on Facebook
